Our last meeting of 2019 was a great success with 32 attendees and a very interesting talk from Lamberts Healthcare on Gut Disorders and nutritional protocols which may help.
We also celebrated our 7th Birthday with some delicious cake!
Looking to invite Lamberts back next year to cover the nutritional approach to MSK disorders as we did not get onto that this time.
